In addition to Thursday evenings we also meet for prayer on Sundays at  Intercessory Soul Food (iSF for short) 10am to 10.50am in the Upper Room at St Charles Borromeo. At iSF we give thanks to God, pray for Soul Food and for other intentions. We also allow some time to listen to and discern what God may be saying to Soul Food.

You are welcome to come to iSF anytime you can. It is helpful though if you can email isf@soulfoodgroup.org to let us know that you are coming. If you are unable to come to iSF but have a prayer intention, send an email and iSF will pray for you.

If you do make it to iSF one Sunday, there is an 11am Mass that you can also attend and then enjoy some fellowship afterwards if you have time.

We also meet to pray on Thursdays before Soul Food from 6:40 to 7pm in the Sacristy at St Charles Borromeo. This is to pray for everything that will happen that evening. Feel free to join this time of prayer when you can.
