Welcome

An evening at Soul Food starts with praise and worship, followed by a Bible based teaching or a talk on a particular theme. This is usually followed up with a time of response such as prayer ministry, small group discussion, individual prayer and meditation or Eucharistic Adoration.

In order to grow together in our faith and friendship, we also socialise over a drink afterwards, as well as organise various other social gatherings.

Testimonials

Soul Food has been a huge support to me these past two years - God has provided for my spiritual, emotional and physical needs through this group. The friendship, joyful praise and insightful teaching sustain me in living my Catholic faith.

Mark

When I think of Soul Food I think of the early church - small groups of real believers in a city, alive in the Spirit and blessed by Grace. People here are fun and faith filled - this is how being a Christian is supposed to be for me!

Ronan

Soul Food was what made London a home as opposed to a lonely workplace. I have a spiritual family in a very real sense today, friends I journey with and can always count on because of Soul Food. It probably made the difference between staying in London and going back.
