An evening at Soul Food typically starts with praise and worship, followed by a Bible teaching or talk on a particular theme. Each evening ends with a time of response such as prayer ministry, small group discussion/faith sharing or an opportunity for prayer or adoration. In order to grow together in our faith and friendship, we also make time for a drink together after our Thursday evenings of prayer as well as organising various other social gatherings.

Love in the City: A Catholic guide to dating and relationships

Robert Colquhoun will present 'A Catholic guide to dating and relationships', the final part of our Love in the City series.  Robert will look at the advice of saints and sinners in their quest to find and sustain grace filled relationships.  What value can they impart, and how useful is their approach?

Many of you will know Robert from his role as the international director of 40 Days for Life.  Robert’s pro-life work has featured in the mainstream media many times and he is the author of the excellent 'A pure heart create for me: Theology of the Body today'.  Robert and his wife Kara married in 2013 and have one child.

Soul Food Mass - Sunday 23rd November

Following on from the success of our first Soul Food mass in October and thanks to the generosity of the parish of St Charles Borromeo, we will have another mass on Sunday 23rd November at 5pm.

Please do take the opportunity to come and invite others to celebrate mass with our own Soul Food brand of music and fellowship.  Going forward we hope to celebrate mass on the 2nd Sunday of every month, so the next one in December will be on the 14th.
