Welcome

An evening at Soul Food starts with praise and worship, followed by a Bible based teaching or a talk on a particular theme. This is usually followed up with a time of response such as prayer ministry, small group discussion, individual prayer and meditation or Eucharistic Adoration.

In order to grow together in our faith and friendship, we also socialise over a drink afterwards, as well as organise various other social gatherings.

Testimonials

Before coming to Soul Food I was a committed Catholic who wanted to go further in my faith but didn't know how, Soul Food has provided the vehicle for the Holy Spirit to really move in my life. Coming to Soul Food on a weekly basis was the single most important decision I have made to learn about my faith and make it real and applicable to everyday life.

James

Soul Food was what made London a home as opposed to a lonely workplace. I have a spiritual family in a very real sense today, friends I journey with and can always count on because of Soul Food. It probably made the difference between staying in London and going back.

Leo

What I love about Soul Food is the vibrant mix of prayer, praise and worship, topical talks and discussion groups. Attending Soul Food has helped me to develop my Christian fellowship during what has turned out to be a difficult time in my life. These friendships along with the mix of inspiring talks at Soul Food have helped me to see the Lord at work in my life through the difficulties and challenges I am going through. My soul is indeed being fed at Soul Food.
